
Colton House has a policy of constantly improving standards of
care. We have regular contact with relatives and visitors to obtain
feedback and an internal quality audit is carried out annually.
As part of the audit we circulate a questionnaire, which is sent
to a percentage of residents relatives, taken at random. A copy
of the latest Quality Report is available from the Manager.
There is a formal procedure to address complaints through qualified
staff or the Manager, which are dealt with within 28 days. Complaints
may also be raised with the Commission for Social Care Inspection,
Stafford Area Office, Dyson Court, Staffordshire Technology Park,
